“After becoming a mom, I threw myself in work and my family’s lives/activities. In November of 2020, my doctor diagnosed me with high blood pressure and prescribed me a medicine. That day was a wakeup call that I needed to find time for my health. I tried, unsuccessfully, to go it on my own for about 6 months. Finally, I realized I needed help and joined my first AG Fitness challenge in May 2021.
It has been life changing! AG Fitness has helped me lose 100 pounds. The flexible dieting means I can still eat all my favorite foods (and have Starbucks.) I thought I despised working out, but it turns out, I’m just not a fan of cardio. I really enjoy the strength-based workouts that Ashley provides. It is also the most positive environment, full of affirmations, tips, tricks, best practices, recipes, and everything you need to find success.
AG Fitness challenges are the only thing I can stick to and if I’ve learned anything it’s that consistency is the MOST important factor. Have an off day? Need to skip a work out? It’s ok! Start again tomorrow. It’s not about earning sweets or punishing yourself with workouts, it’s about being accountable and balancing life choices and when you go off rails, pick yourself up and getting back on track. It’s never too late to get back on track, this isn’t a win/lose race.
It has now been 1.5 years since I made the best decision for my health. I am happy to report that after 10 months of AG Fitness, I was taken off my medication and after 1 year I was no longer diagnosed with high blood pressure. I am healthy and have more energy and love the example I’m giving my children now.”

“I joined this program because I’ve been frustrated with my weight gain for years. In the last 4 years I have ran the gamut between 230 lbs to 297lbs. I have tried crash diets, fasting, Atkins, Gym Memberships, Walking/Jogging/Limping, you name it, I’ve probably tried it. Or debated trying it, and then talked myself out of trying it! ;-) For once I finally feel a sense of control, a sense of hope that things can and will change! "I have never felt better"
Starting in August of 2022 my husband and I decided it was time to make life changes. I was around 195lbs and not focusing on what I was putting into my body, and not moving enough. Trying to set a good example for our children we started with the back to basics challenge and I have never felt better. The first few weeks were hard but the results were incredible. Once you get into the routine of working out for just 30 short minutes and finding out what your body truly needs for calories and macros the rest is history. I have lost 35lbs and several inches in just a few short months. I'm thankful for finding healthy habbits that work for me, and achieving my goals with Ashley.
"My biggest fear was I'd fail"
My biggest fear was I’d fail miserably after doing so well the challenge before… but again that was me in my head counting myself out before I started, which let’s be honest that’s what I did time and time again to get me in an unhealthy and obese state anyway…
So I had a talk with myself 😊 Crystal get it together and keep it together! This is a life long journey and be the turtle not the rabbit! 😊 stay focused and persistent and the results will come! I got my mind out of my own way and pushed through.

"I started AG fitness in May 2022. In the 7 months on this program I have lost 37 pounds and several inches. This program has changed my thinking on “dieting” it has taught me that you can still enjoy the foods you love as long as you fit them into your daily macros. It has changed my life. Wow! What can I say about AG Fitness! Things have changed a lot for me since October. Prior, to joining my first challenge; I was exhausted, stuck in a long term plateau, and very frustrated with my fitness journey. Throughout my adult life, I have always been fitness oriented and very active. Everything from running, to kickboxing, countless exercise videos, hours of cardio, and probably every type of fad diet imaginable. Anything new in fitness or food; you name it and I have probably tried it. There was one common denominator though; I was not getting anywhere. In fact, a strange thing was happening; I was spending many hours exercising and eating very little—and seeing my weight creep upward. It was very discouraging. I have never been over weight, however, despite my efforts (and there was tremendous effort) my weight was near the upper end of what would be considered healthy. This habit of over exercising and under eating also fed into a vicious cycle of famine, craving, caving into cravings ( I was so hungry) and then famine all over again. It was exhausting; I was trying to run on an empty tank. In fact, I was once again looking for something new to try when I came across AG Fitness. Although I felt like giving up; I was willing to try something new one more time. It was obvious from the results of others in the AG Fitness challenges; that something was definitely working! It was hard to trust at first; I had been “hard wired” to eat tiny and spend long hours working out every day. Getting used to eating in a balanced way, doing strength training, and actually taking rest days —was very difficult at first. I had previously and wrongly assumed that strength training would make me get bigger; so I certainly avoided it. Wow! I am so grateful for Ashley’s help and the AG Fitness program! I can safely say that a lot of the ideas I had about effective and beneficial fitness training were wrong. Today, I only work out five days per week; and generally for no more than 35 to 45 minutes! Today, I eat in a healthy balanced way; and no food is “off-limits!” Instead of struggling in a cycle of under-eating, craving, feast, and famine—I can plan my macros to flex with whatever is going on and meet my goals. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you so much for creating this program! It has been wonderful to finally find a healthy balance and get great results! I feel so much better now that I am giving my body the healthy and right balance of nutrition, exercise, and rest! My weight loss has been the “icing on the cake;” I have finally pushed out of my plateau and lost 8 pounds! If you are considering trying this program—take the plunge! If you put in the effort and have an open mind; you will be amazed!

"Being on this program has helped me lose the baby weight I was struggling to lose and then some more. Not only has it helped me lose the weight but it has taught me how to eat better. I love the exercises and the recipes that are shared. "I started my first challenge in June with the goal of losing a few pounds and start some better eating habits, well it’s now December and I finished my third challenge in November losing close to 30lbs and a lot of inches. Starting this program was the best decision for my health and wellness. It hasn’t been easy at all but now my body craves the healthy eating and the workouts! One of my blessings has been these programs. The challenges and Ashley have helped to discover why I have struggled with food and not losing weight for the past couple of years. Once Covid stormed through I became very depressed and fed that depression which turned into a hard habit. I would eat what ever and how much I wanted and thought I would be just fine as long as I worked out. Well that failed and I couldn't budge on any weight loss or inches. With the consistency of these challenges of working out balancing food and listening to my body I have been a woek in progress. And I do still get to eat what I want but I have a healthier mind set and know how much and what I am fueling my body with. I am becoming stronger and feeling better with each challenge. They have completley pulled me out of my depression slump. I cannot wait to see what the challenge for 2023 brings.. Let's go!

I think this comparison is my favorite. The stress of life was really taking its toll on me. I can see it now. Your program has made a huge difference in how I feel everyday. My numbers may not be the lowest of those in the challenge but it’s been the best thing for me. I’ve never stuck with good eating habits or exercise. I always put everyone first-this challenge made it so I put myself first. I feel so much better. Even with the things going on in my life-I’m maintaining a healthy lifestyle each day.
