I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED FOOD but I was in the fitness industry long before I learned how to use it as a tool to meet my goals. Working at a few gyms, running a gym, and working myself stage ready I always focused on the workout instead of the nutrition. And my nutrition came from people trying to sell products so it was the wrong nutrition. My first bodybuilding competition was a of disaster. It was the most restrictive I have ever been, the most limited, the most supplements and the worst outcome!


I crashed hard, HARD!


Fast forward a few years and kids later I had 70lbs to drop and started the flexible lifestyle! It was the piece of the puzzle that had been missing. Flexible dieting brought into focus what I had been missing…HOW TO USE YOUR FOOD TO MEET YOUR GOALS, instead of how to restrict and combat my food with supplements and over exercise!
